Tom Kerr was a fantastic realtor to work with. I found him via a reference from a co-worker and, since working with him, I’ve also recommended him to 2 co-workers and a friend. He was extremely patient with me (which is quite a task) but was not afraid to push me if he felt I was letting an opportunity walk away. He was prompt in his responses to me and was extremely detailed in his organization of all the paperwork and steps involved in both the selling and buying of my homes.
